Best Skin Lightening - Natural Ways to Lightening Your Skin

Every Woman Wants to look beautiful, but the appearance of dark spot can damage our looks. There are various causes of dark spot on the face such as aging, exposure to sun, consumption of birth control pills and certain medications creates problems such as hyper pigmentation, acne and melasma.
For removing a dark spot on your face, there are some home remedies that you can try. These remedies take time to be effective but they definitely have no side effects and therefore they are your best bet. Here are some natural ways to lighten skin naturally:
1.Regular cleansing and moisturizing of your face is extremely important. There are many homemade recipes available for cleansing that you can make a natural cleanser to wash your face.
- If you have normal skin, take some strawberries and mash them. Strain the juice and rub the strawberries onto your face. Leave it on for 20 minutes and then wash it off.
- If you have oily skin, make a cleanser by combining 2 cups of rolled oats, 1 cup of almonds, 2 teaspoons of dry lavender, 2 teaspoons of dry peppermint, and 2 cups of white cosmetic clay. Put the almonds, herbs and oats into a blender and grind. Then combine the clay with the ground herbs and store it in a covered container. When you are ready to use it, take one heaping teaspoon of the mixture and add enough water to make a paste. Gently rub it onto your skin and rinse it off with warm water.
- If you have dry skin, you can use sesame oil as a cleanser. Rub it on you face and neck and then gently remove it with a warm wash cloth. Natural cleansers are gentle on the skin. Soaps are too harsh.
2. Use sunblock
Apply sunblok with a minimum SPF 15 or higher before moving out in sun. This will prevent tanning and darkening of skin. Sunblock not only prevents your skin from getting darker, but also blocks harmful UV rays that can cause cancer and premature aging. Remember your hands when applying sunblock, as they are a prime area for age spots.
3. Exfoliating your skin
Exfoliating once a week will remove dead skin cells to lighten and brighten your skin. mix two tablespoons oatmeal and two tablespoons brown sugar with a quarter cup of milk, and stir until a paste forms. Apply on face, leave it on for about 15-20 minutes then rinse well.
4. Make a homemade facial mask
Facial mask that may be made at home helps to lighten your skin and a good excuse to kick back on the couch. Combining well cucumber juice with sandalwood paste, lemon juice, and tomato juice. Mix the mixture to form a paste. Apply this around the face and wait the mixture to dry for few minutes. Rinse and moisturize for a natural glow. Do this one once a week for best results.
5. Licorice extract
Licorice extract is is a natural ingredient that has the ability to lighten the skin as well as even out skin tone. Apply a thin layer of the extract morning and evening, after you wash your face and before you moisturize. Make sure to store store the bottle in a cool, dark place to maintain freshness. This product can be purchased from health food stores or online.
6. Vitamin C (L- Ascorbic Acid)
In 500mg of Vitamin C supplement has been proven to inhibit melanin production, resulting in a brighter and lighter skin. Vitamin C also plays an important role in collagen synthesis and reparation, reduce wrinkles and increase elasticity of the skin.
